Basic Feed Page (rss.php)

I'm using php to creat this software long term. This could easily be done as rss.html, but, I will be continuing this project with php. There are numerous tutorials out there for the html page feeds, so I will not cover them here. This is a valid sheet, but, a better one is in the next post.

Code:
<?php

/************************************************************************
* Kubasaki Alumni Association *
* RSS Feed V0.2 *
* *
* *
* *
************************************************************************/
header("Content-Type: application/xhtml+xml; charset=ISO-8859-1");
?>

Your Channel Title Here

Description of the Channel

Item 1 Title

Item 1 Description

Item 2 Title

Item 2 Title

RSS Compliance

I decided to fix a bug in the 0.1 base. I added guid and atom to the rss feed. The feed now validates as compliant. Attached is the compliant demo sheet.

Code:
<?php

/************************************************************************
* Kubasaki Alumni Association *
* RSS Feed V0.2 *
* *
* *
* *
************************************************************************/
header("Content-Type: application/rss+xml; charset=ISO-8859-1");
?>

Your Channel Title Here

Description of the Channel

Item 1 Title

Item 1 Description

Item 2 Title

Item 2 Title

I pulled the css out of the java script, no, han it isn't the granular crap at the bottom of your cup of coffee.

The css is now on the server and the java simply pulls it from there.

That will allow me to change the layout and site colors on the fly.

Custom requests are also welcome.

The css is now correct for ie6 and ie 7 using conditional comments in the java script.

Code:

I learned that ie follows the conditional comments and all other browsers ignore them. Not a particularly elegant way of fixing, but, it does fix the 4px difference in the div size.

Those are the only two I will fix at this time. All other versions of ie will be 4 px off.

There will be no further changes to the java script portion of this project.
